Quint Solutions provides written warranties on eligible devices and services. Warranty duration and coverage are specified in your quotation and contract — no hidden conditions.
Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant and are documented at the time of supply.
What is typically covered
Hardware defects under normal use during the warranty period, installation workmanship for systems we deploy, and remedial support for issues covered by your service agreement.
Excluded items such as misuse, unauthorized modifications, or consumables are explained upfront.
